1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 12bet are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless 12bet decides to void it for specific reasons.

For Sports Betting, match and event results are sourced from reliable references as determined by 12bet. In the event of any dispute, 12bet's decision is final.

12bet is not liable for bets cancelled during a live betting session due to network issues or technical errors. However, 12bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12bet platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes in collusion with other members.
• Exploiting technical glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward the support team.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

12bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice, for any reason. This may apply in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or ongoing investigations.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Upon voluntary account closure, any applicable balance will be refunded; however, bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be cancelled.

• Opening a new account after a previous account has been closed may be prohibited.
• The balance of a suspended account under investigation will be held and preserved.
• The balance of an account closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
• You may appeal an account closure decision, but 12bet's final decision is binding.
